The Prison is subordinate to the Agency of Corrections under the Ministry of Justice, with a senior warden who oversees all prison operations and supervises the staff. The secretary assists the warden in handling prison affairs, coordinating documents, research and evaluation, communication between departments, and other assigned tasks. The Prison is divided into five departments (Educational Assistance, Business, Sanitation and Health, Guard and Control, and General Affairs) and four offices (Personnel, Accounting, Statistics, and Government Ethics), each responsible for their respective duties. The Prison Affairs Committee, consisting of department heads, handles various prison matters. Additionally, there is a Parole Review Committee and a Complaint Review Group. The total budgeted staff is 114 persons.
