From April 22, 2024, the public can use the "Family Online Shopping" system to purchase cooperative store items for prisoners. To enhance the convenience for the public in purchasing cooperative store items for prisoners, the Agency of Corrections has developed the Family Online Shopping System, allowing the public to handle purchases for prisoners using computers or mobile devices without having to visit the correctional facility.

Starting April 22, 2024, the public can log in to the " Public Service Portal, Agency of Corrections, Ministry of Justic" (https://service.mjac.moj.gov.tw/), click the "Family Online Shopping" link and the browser will automatically redirect to the system. After verifying the prisoner’s ID number, call number, and institution, they can enter the system for shopping.
