  5. Allocation, transfer, and reward of prisoner work.
  6. Drafting work contracts.
  7. Management, distribution, inspection, and repair of work tools.
  8. Evaluation, sale, and storage of finished products.
  9. Coordination and evaluation of work management personnel.

Guard and Control Section:

  1. Custody of prisoners and prison security.
  2. Management of prisoner daily life.
  3. Management of gate keys, communication equipment, and monitoring systems.
  4. Training and duty allocation for management personnel.
  5. Use, practice, and storage of weapons, restraints, and firefighting equipment.
  6. Distribution and storage of food, clothing, bedding, and supplies for prisoners.
  7. Handling and storage of items brought by prisoners upon admission and release.
  8. Compilation and management of registers and identity books.
  9. Reporting on pardon, commutation, and security measures.
  10. Execution of cleanliness and hygiene tasks.
  11. Assessment of prisoner behavior.
  12. Handling of prisoner visits, mail, and received items.
  13. Inspection and management of dormitories, workshops, and body and item searches.

  1. Guidance on health plans and facilities.
  2. Training for disease prevention and nursing.

  5. Inspection and guidance on environmental cleanliness.
  6. Management of medication dispensing, storage, and medical equipment.
  7. Reporting and notification of prisoner hospitalization, medical parole, and deaths.
  8. Other related physical and mental health matters.

 

General Affairs Section:

  1. Document handling, drafting, and preservation.
  2. Management of seals.
  3. Financial management.
  4. Building repairs.
  5. Management of food income, expenditure, storage, accounting, and reporting.
  6. Planning and supervision of prisoner welfare.
  7. Matters not belonging to other departments.

 

Personnel Office:

  1. Drafting personnel regulations for the Prison.
  2. Handling personnel review cases.
  3. Recording attendance and organizing training for staff.
  4. Managing performance evaluations and assessments for staff.
  5. Planning and signing welfare and benefits for staff.
  6. Handling appointments, transfers, rewards, punishments, and other personnel registrations.
  7. Signing salary grades for staff.
  8. Organizing exams for required staff.
  9. Suggesting and improving personnel management.
  10. Collecting personnel survey and statistical data.
  11. Other related personnel matters.

 

Accounting Office:

  1. Preparing and allocating the budget according to annual business plans.
  2. Preparing periodic revenue and expenditure estimates.
  3. Reviewing original vouchers.
  4. Preparing accounting vouchers and recording books.
  5. Compiling accounting reports and semi-annual settlement reports.
  6. Supervising procurement cases.
  7. Executing internal audits.
  8. Handling final accounts.
  9. Managing audit agency review notices for exclusion and correction decisions.
  10. Other related accounting matters.

 

Government Ethics Office:

  1. Drafting prison ethics regulations.
  2. Promoting prison ethics regulations.
  3. Preventing, uncovering, and handling staff corruption and misconduct.
  4. Suggesting prison ethics reforms.
  5. Evaluating and rewarding prison ethics performance.
  6. Protecting confidential government information.
  7. Other related ethics matters.

 

Statistics Office:

  1. Researching, planning, and executing statistical projects.
  2. Collecting, organizing, compiling, analyzing, and publishing prisoner statistics.
  3. Preparing and reporting official statistics.
  4. Establishing and maintaining a basic statistical database.
  5. Promoting information business, planning, managing, and maintaining software and hardware.
  6. Auditing and managing information security.
  7. Other related statistical and information business matters.
